Sam Lawrence began working with glass as a senior in high school. After seeing a glass blowing demonstration in Venice, Italy and knew that’s what he wanted to study. Sam immediately took a bead making course and was instantly hooked. He went to art school with the intention of focusing on glass blowing. His move into fused glass has been his focus now.
