Handweaving and designing textiles has been my passion since 1970. From my studio in central Maine's highlands, I create a variety of clothing and home accessories, including scarves, shawls, and clothing. Being formally educated in art, I have always been fascinated by the way colors and patterns interact in woven fabric. It brings me great joy to watch the transformation of yarn into beautiful fabric. Nestled amidst picturesque hayfields and woodlands, my studio provides a serene and inspiring backdrop for my creative process. I pour my heart and soul into each piece I design and weave, striving to create unique and visually captivating pieces that bring joy and warmth to those who wear or use them in their homes.
